Bethel Food Bank GardenBethel's Food Bank Garden has been providing fresh produce to the WGAP and Fish Food Banks since 2009. We raise tomatoes, green beans, summer squash, peppers, and a variety of other vegetables in 12 raised beds. This project involves most of the congregation--and especially the children--in the planting, tending, and harvesting of vegetables.
“In 2018, Bethel donated funds in addition to produce to help supplement a loss of Federal funding for food banks.”
