Experimenting with New Ways of Being Together
We are currently reimagining how best to include and serve our children and youth. Times have changed, and youth at Bethel are looking for something different than your typical church youth group. In conversation with our older youth and their parents, we're exploring how best to help them cultivate spiritual curiosity, faith, and meaningful community.
As any parent of a teenager knows, the pressures on our teens today are huge, and their available time is small. How we gather matters, and we need to do so in ways that speak directly to their concerns and needs. One program that remains unchanged is our Gorge MakerSpace creative time. On the third Sunday of each month, our kids join Jack Perrin or another MakerSpace leader to explore woodworking, 3D printing, and other skills and crafts.

Our toddler and younger children's numbers are also expanding. We are actively seeking a qualified, safe, and creative team member to care for and guide our younger children at Bethel.
